More beach, more amazing food and more pool made up our typical Costa Rican adventure. Maggie could live in the water and that is pretty much what we have done here in Costa Rica. There hasn’t been a day that went by that Maggie was not been to the pool, hot spring or beach. Today we had one of the best lunches. We tried the chocolate croissant, the iced latte, chicken schnitzel sandwich (schnitzel is popular around here which I tell Maggie it is chicken fingers), scrambled eggs and a “bagel” which is really an amazing baguette that came with cream cheese, guacamole and pesto sauce to add. I haven’t had a bad piece of fruit here. Fresh mangos, pineapple, papaya and watermelon are available everywhere.
