Tides of Tuesday

Maggie and I started our day at the estuary tour. We jumped in a little boat with two women from Great Britain, two women from Canada, Maggie, me and the tour guide. We cruised through the narrow waterways where we saw lots of different birds, three crocodiles, crabs, howler monkeys, lizards and fish. We had a quick break with bottled water and a freshly cut pineapple before we headed back to our docking place. We stopped for a smoothie on the walk back to the condo to cool off. We spent close to three hours at the beach building sand castles, riding waves and watching the sunset. We ended the evening at a pizza place with a large playground where Maggie made new friends with children that spoke English and Spanish.
