Sailing Away

Today our big adventure was a catamaran tour on the Blue Dolphin. We jumped into a small boat straight from the sandy beach to our catamaran that held roughly 40 people. Maggie instantly made “best” friends with a 9 year old named Eliza and and a couple of women in their early 20s who they danced, napped and ate with. After slowly getting to the cove for snorkeling, the waves were too big and the wind too strong to try to see anything. We still had fun paddling around in the cool water. Chicken fajitas, rice, beans, fruit and banana bread were served as a great snack. The voyage ended with a beautiful sunset. A pizza dinner at the food court, El Mercadito, ended another perfect day.
