Take Me to Texas

We hit 1000 miles! Today was a looong drive from Little Rock to Temple, TX with two quick stops in Sulphur Springs (lunch) and Waco. Since we are in Texas, we have to switch our BBQ likings to beef not pork. The brisket did not disappoint at Bodacious Barbecue with the added bonus of free, homemade ice cream. In Waco, we stretched our legs at the Magnolia Market at the Silos. No Chip or Joanna sightings. We finished the last stretch and landed at a Hampton Inn for a real shower and full blast AC.
